Directions

Adrenal Switch;

• One serves mixed with water immediately after exercise. Or, one serve mixed with water (cold or hot) and consumed in the evening. You can even add a dash of your milk of choice for a creamier option!

Pure Raw Greens;

• Mix 10g (one scoop) of Pure Raw Greens into 300ml of water or your favourite juice, stir or shake for 30 seconds, and drink away once daily. Pure Raw Greens can also be added to your smoothie, cereal, and yoghurt, or get creative and add it to your foods.

Glutamine Powder;

• Adults: 1 metric teaspoon dissolved in a glass of water or juice, once or twice daily.
