Our Vegan Gym Bundle has been designed specifically for anyone who is vegan and is 100% free of any animal products. Directions

Protein Switch;

• Add one heaping scoop or two scoops, depending on your proteins requirements and fitness goals, to 250ml of cold water in a shaker cup. Mix well and enjoy.

Creatine;

• Consume 3 – 5g of CREATINE per day mixed into water, food or your favourite beverage. It is best consumed before and after exercise. Loading is not essential unless you have an event within three weeks of starting consumption.

Amino Switch;

• Consume one serving in 500-700ml of water before, during or after exercise. Do not exceed more than one serving in 24 hours.

DB9 Pre-Workout;

• Pre-Workout Rush – To take your workouts to a new level, take (1) scoop of Db9 approximately 30-40 Minutes before training in 300-400ml of water. Important Note: Do not exceed more than (1) scoop within 24 hours.
