Directions

Amino Switch;

• Consume one serving in 500-700ml of water before, during or after exercise. Do not exceed more than one serving in 24 hours.

Creatine Monohydrate;

• Consume 3 – 5g of CREATINE per day mixed into water, food or your favourite beverage. It is best consumed before and after exercise. Loading is not essential unless you have an event within three weeks of starting consumption.

Ultra Magnesium;

• 1/4 -1 teaspoon daily, added to water or juice.

Beta-Alanine;

• Consume 3.2 – 6.4g of BETA-ALANINE per day mixed into water, food or your favourite beverage. You can have one of these serves before exercise and one serves post-exercise.
